ARTICLE 1
A free contest with no purchase obligation is being organised by Advanced Power Solutions NV, Brusselsesteenweg 502, 1731 Zellik, Belgium, from Friday, 25/06/2021, until Tuesday, 31/05/2022 (CET). You can participate in this contest ordering the school material using a separate website (https://power-klassen.de).

ARTICLE 2
The contest is open to teachers of primary school classes in Germany, in the United Kingdom and Poland, excluding people working for Advanced Power Solutions NV and staff at the centre coordinating the contest, together with their immediate families (up to and including the first generation). Advanced Power Solutions NV is entitled to exclude a person from participation at any time (and without being required to give reasons) for a certain time during the contest organised by Advanced Power Solutions NV based on their infringement of – or suspicion of infringement of – one of the participation terms and conditions, or in the event of abuse, violation or fraudulent participation in the contest. Participation in the contest in an organised manner and/or as a group shall be considered fraud and shall automatically lead to exclusion. You are hereby advised that Advanced Power Solutions NV has implemented certain measures against fraudulent behaviour, including but not limited to identifying practices such as abundant use of one single IP address.

ARTICLE 3
In order to participate, participants must follow the procedure as stated in the school material and register using a valid e-mail address. There is no other way to participate in this contest than as stated in these rules. Any incomplete or illegible registrations shall be considered invalid.

ARTICLE 4
In order to participate in the contest, you must take part on at least one of the challenges, that are part of the material or will be sent as one monthly update via registred e-mail with valid contact details digitally via e-mail to info@power-klassen.de (Germany), info@power-classes.uk (Great Britain), info@power-classes.pl (Poland) or by post to KB&B – Family Marketing Experts, Schellerdamm 16, 21079 Hamburg, Germany.

ARTICLE 5a (Germany)
The winners of the German challenge are the participants who were chosen by a jury, consisting of representatives of Advanced Power Solutions NV.
The following prices will be issued as part of this contest:
• Grand price (only one): 500 € for the class/school treasury
• Second to third price: A class set of KOSMOS experimental kits (25 sets per winning class)
• fourth to twenty third price: A class set of Stabilo pencils (25 sets per winning class)
• Twenty fourth to thirtieth price: A set of Panasonic flat batteries for the winning class’ school

ARTICLE 5b (United Kingdom)
The winners of the UK challenge are the participants who were chosen by a jury, consisting of representatives of Advanced Power Solutions NV.
The following prices will be issued as part of this contest:
• Grand price (only one): 425 £ (the current equivalent of €500 in £) for the class/school treasury
• Second to fifth price: A class set of KOSMOS experimental kits (25 sets per winning class)
• Sixth to twentieth price: A set of Panasonic flat batteries for the winning class’ school

ARTICLE 5c (Poland)
The winners of the Polish challenge are the participants who were chosen by a jury, consisting of representatives of Advanced Power Solutions NV.
The following prices will be issued as part of this contest:
• Grand price (only one): 500 € for the class/school treasury
• Second to fifth price: A class set of KOSMOS experimental kits (25 sets per winning class)
• Sixth to twentieth price: A set of Panasonic flat batteries for the winning class’ school

ARTICLE 6
KB&B – Family Marketing Experts will contact all winners by e-mail in May 2022, and ask him/her to confirm his/her address and telephone number within one week.
Failure to provide these details will result in the revocation of the price. Advanced Power Solutions NV reserves the right to check the identity and other requirements in order to be able to issue the price. If the winners do not confirm that they accept the price within the given time, then Advanced Power Solutions NV is entitled to select another winner and award the price to this person.

ARTICLE 7
Prices cannot be split and must be accepted as they are. Prices can only be awarded to the winners and are not transferable to others. Winners are not entitled to demand the cash value of the prices in question (does not apply to the grand prize), nor can they exchange these prices for an alternative. Winners of non-cash prizes will receive their prices by post after having confirmed their official address.

ARTICLE 8
Advanced Power Solutions NV shall not be obliged to compensate, pay back or exchange for cash any losses or theft. There is absolutely no question of any cash settlement. Advanced Power Solutions NV may replace the prices offered with ones of a similar or higher value, should this be necessary for reasons of availability. Advanced Power Solutions NV reserves the right to do so.

ARTICLE 9
Advanced Power Solutions NV gives or offers no guarantees for prices and shall not be liable or responsible for:
• theft, loss, damage, an accident or costs of whatever nature, including those that may be the direct or indirect consequence of participation in this contest, the allocation of prices or any way in which prices may be used;
• all losses, delays or cancellation by a third party (airline company, travel agency, transport company, etc.);
• any form of delay in the provision of letters or packages by the postal service;
• any form of technical problems on the website and/or in the e-mail system, or any possible incompatibility between the technologies used for the contest and the hardware and/or software configuration used by the participant;
• any form of additional costs incurred by the winner to benefit from or use the price;
• the decision or refusal by any form of authority preventing or forbidding the winner to make use of the price.
Furthermore, any participant attempting to hinder the proper progress of the contest shall be excluded from participation.

ARTICLE 10
All costs incurred from participation in the contest shall be settled entirely by the participant. Under no circumstances may participants claim the costs of participation from the organiser.

ARTICLE 11
Advanced Power Solutions NV reserves the right to amend the contest rules without prior notice, or to shorten or cancel the contest should this be necessary due to unforeseen circumstances or circumstances beyond their control. Under no circumstances shall such events justify any claims against Advanced Power Solutions NV.

ARTICLE 12
By participating in this contest, you agree entirely to accept all the rules in full. In the event of any practical difficulties, Advanced Power Solutions NV shall make the final decision with regard to the application or interpretation of the rules. Any complaints related to this contest must be made in writing within seven working days and sent to KB&B – Family Marketing Experts, Schellerdamm 16, 21079 Hamburg or via email to info@power-klassen.de. Under no circumstances shall complaints be discussed face-to-face or by telephone. No consideration shall be given to complaints that are not submitted within the allocated time.

ARTICLE 13
By entering the contest, you agree that any personal information provided by you may be held and used by Advanced Power Solutions NV Brusselsesteenweg 502, 1731 Zellik, Belgium and the following third party as its supplier to administer the contest in accordance with the relevant privacy policy:

These rules are governed by Belgian law. The Belgian courts have sole jurisdiction to settle any disputes arising from this contest.

Any questions about this contest shall only be answered in writing.

Winners agree to participate in any form of advertising or promotion connected to the allocation of their prices.
